Welcome to Advanced Spares, we are a UK based precision engineering company with our roots firmly placed within the ion implanter spares arena.

Specialising in electro-mechanical assemblies and electronic PCB re-manufacture we aim to produce and manufacture new cost effective spares with reduced lead times for legacy Applied Materials® Ion Implanters, predominantly but not limited to the PI9500xR and xR200S series implanters.

3D CAD designed and machined at our CNC facility, we currently produce an array of spare parts in a range of materials as well as providing complete new 9500xR - xR200S assemblies, sensors and PCB's.

We have capacity to reverse engineer and provide replacement piece parts upon request as well as complete used assembly refurbishments.

We operate closely with our customers and collaborate to produce new aftermarket spares for effective obsolescence reduction and we look forward to your enquiries and future co-operations.
